The Rifle & The Writer is a Canadian Country music duo comprised of siblings Rebekka Paige and Colby Latocha formed in 2015.

For over 20 years, the award-winning storyteller has been spinning tales for both young and old in festivals, conferences, and late nights around the campfire.
As summer begins in earnest on the final weekend in June, the gently rolling waters off Blockhouse Island will welcome a small armada of Brigantine vessels, one schooner, a historical fishing boat and a full-scale replica of a legendary ship led by explorer Ferdinand Magellan.
As a precursor to the June 24-26 festival, the HMCS Oriole will be making a stop in Brockville on May 30th and 31st as she makes her way to Toronto.

The Brockville Tall Ships® Festival Committee is proud to announce that Brockville will host the city’s 4th Tall Ships Festival from June 24-26, 2022. The festival will be held on Blockhouse Island and Hardy Park and will be Ontario’s biggest Tall Ships Festival this year.
Please note that you do not need to show your festival admission wristband or passport in order to take advantage of our free festival parking and shuttle bus. We recommend taking advantage of our free off-site parking and free shuttle bus as parking near to the festival grounds will be limited.
